Most of my work is platform work.

I have spent more than a decade around shared data infrastructure: Trino, Spark, Iceberg, Airflow, S3, metadata systems, secure data lake design, and internal tools used by engineers and analysts.

Most of my writing comes back to the same set of concerns: ownership, reliability, governance, security, and the feedback loops that keep a platform understandable.

  • Data Architect at Wix
  • 14 years in data engineering and infrastructure
  • Led secure data lake and data-platform initiatives
  • Built internal tooling for SQL, scheduling, catalogs, and monitoring
  • Based in London

Views here are personal. I write from real platform experience, but I do not publish confidential internals or private company material.
